Are there any conditions?

Yes. Here they are (PLEASE READ):

1. You may only resell the eBooks you have a resale right to. You may only resell them in eBook version. You may not sell them in print or otherwise publish them in print (whether you sell them or not, except for your own personal collection).
2. We do not have copyrights to the following eBooks and cannot therefore offer you a resale right: 33 Days to Online Profits, Spiritual Marketing, When You Can Walk on Water Take the Boat. Those three eBooks are for your own use only.
3. You may not resell the resale rights to anyone.
4. You must maintain a minimum retail price of US$ 8 per individual book title (not book pack, but book title). You may not sell the eBooks individually at a price below this. If you wish to package the eBooks together or with any of your other products or services, you are free to do so. However, the price of the package must be above US$ 11 and may not hold more than 4 of our eBooks as part of the package OR above US$20 for a package with no more than 8 eBooks OR above US$38 for a package with no more than 16 eBooks. You may sell the eBooks for as much as you wish. There are no maximum prices.
5. You may not give the eBooks away free except as a bonus for something else someone purchases from you. If you give them away free as a bonus, the purchase price of the product or service they are acting as a bonus for must be above US$ 29, and you may not offer more than 4 of our eBooks together as a bonus for the same purchase. Alternatively, if you will only offer one eBook as a bonus for the purchase, an eBook may act as a bonus for a purchase of at least US$ 14.
6. You may not edit the eBooks in anyway, nor request us to make modifications for you.
7. You may not promote these eBooks by spamming people.
8. We maintain the copyrights to these eBooks. You in no way assume exclusivity or copyright ownership for them.
9. Due to the nature of this business proposition, there are no refunds offered for any reason at all for the resale rights. Resale rights are also non-transferable.
10. The rights to resale these eBooks is yours for a period of at least two years from the date of purchase. At the end of those years, we reserve the right to terminate the rights or allow it to continue under the same or different conditions and pricing. Normally, this right is never exercised by us - we just reserve it to maintain the copyrights and their use in good order.
11. We reserve the right to cancel your rights if you go against any of these conditions. In such an event, for minor breaches, we would usually notify you first, requesting that you correct the situation and giving you reasonable time to do so.
12. Please keep your receipt safely. You would need to produce it as evidence of your legal resale right whenever we occasionally check on who is behind particular resale activity.
